* Contributed to the growth from 100+ to 430+ by building and leading the HR/People function globally; transformed the People team from 5 to 18, as the first Head of People.
* Partnered with the CEO & leaders to shape people strategy, coach managers, build talent and performance management frameworks, and L&D programs, hire top talents, and structure compensation & benefits. Increased Employee NPS from 35 to 66 by identifying key areas for improvement from surveys & check-ins.
People Strategy
• Designed people strategy, mission and values according to the company growth stage and aligned them with various business needs, which also contributed to the successful $158 million Series B round.
• Ensured strategy, process and policy alignment across functions while tailoring to various functional needs.
Leadership Development & Coaching
• Identified leadership and people manager training needs; developed and conducted training for them on topics such as OKR, Feedback, Coaching, and built People Manager 101 training and Hi-po program.
• Worked with leadership and managers on people strategy and led people initiatives through changes according to the business needs and external environment.
• Coached leadership and managers on difficult conversations and handled complex people topics.
Talent Management & Performance
• Designed organizational-wide competency model and organization structure by working with a consultant & CEO.
• Revamped performance management framework and performance appraisal processes (85% satisfaction rate); supervised sourcing and implementation of PM system (Lattice).
Talent Acquisition & Branding
• Delivered more than 150 openings per quarter by building and managing a team of TAs.
• Enhanced employer branding (increased Glassdoor review from 2.6 to 4.4; picked by LinkedIn to be the top 5 startups in Singapore) by working closely with the marketing team and combining culture-building initiatives.
• Sourced and implemented ATS (Greenhouse) and assessment tool (SHL) to scale recruiting.
People Operations & Culture
• Improved onboarding and people operations SOPs continuously; supervised the sourcing and implementation of various payroll systems in the region, onboarding and HRM tool (Sapling).
Compensation & Benefits
• Directed a consultant to design salary bands and fine-tuned them for company adaptation.
• Designed bonus plans for the company and worked with various departments on different incentive plans.
• Structured various benefits programs and policies such as Flexi-workplace, Flexi-leaves & Flexi benefits.
