With a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney and an MBA in Human Resource Management, I combine psychological insight with strategic acumen to foster leadership excellence, innovation, and personal development in complex and rapidly evolving environments. As the APAC Lead Designer, I led the end-to-end design of graduate, manager, and leadership development programs for global clients across banking, mining, defence, government, and technology sectors in Australia, New Zealand, and Asia.
