Role was newly created as Regional Executive Acquisition and Alliances, Queensland, charged with the task of consolidating the team and improving productivity across Queensland. Responsible for Home Lending Acquisition, delivered growth in new business from Third Party Introducers to 50% of total acquisition by nurturing key relationships and growing the total number of introducers. Following the success of this role, the channel began expansion again and through a process of splitting and rebuilding teams, there are now 8 Teams in Queensland which includes all Mobile and Branch Lenders in Queensland. Led teams successfully through complex change programs and system transformations. Navigated regulatory, economic and internal policy changes. Consecutive years of achieving critical business outcomes. Introduced innovative solutions to change challenges, utilised problem solving and strategic thinking to ensure alignment with organisational goals. Regional Executive Retail | National Australia Bank

The Regional Executive Retail (RER) role lead sales & service teams within a Local Area Market (LAM) to build strong and sustainable shareholder return. The newly created RER role leads diverse channel environments including Retail Branches, Small Business Managers, Mobile Banking Team and Leave and Relief team. Role was responsible for all operational and sales activities as well as customer experience. 12 Branches & 120 Employees. Lead integration of 3 Financial Service Centres and 13 Branches, into 12 'full service' Branches including Small Business and Mobile Banking Channels. Exceeded KPI's for 5 consecutive years whilst improving Operational Excellence ratings. Developed 'Defence Triangle' Strategy which lead to Growth of the Defence Home Loans. 1st LAM in QLD to achieve 100% utilisation of Customer Support Centre.

The Leave and Relief Improvement Project was established following the implementation of centralised Leave & Relief Model, which supported branches with planned and unplanned absences. The model had been implemented inconsistently, and many complaints were being received from branches, Local Area Markets (LAM) and the FSU. Developed a 'Franchise Influence' model to ensure consistency nationally. Designed and implemented state organisational structures to deliver a more flexible workforce. Added more senior roles to cover emerging capability gaps in the branch network. Developed and implemented standardised process maps, business rules and role responsibilities. Reviewed state-based Leave & Relief Manager roles including success profile, Role Position Statements and Market Matching of salaries.
